Not only do you get to study something which you really enjoy, but you have the chance to make lifelong friends and go to plenty of fun parties as well as dressing up for your college prom. College is also the perfect place to find love and romance. If you have a crush on someone in your class and you’ve been waiting for them to make a move for ages, then maybe it’s up to you to get the ball rolling.
Why not impress your crush by making them an impressive, yet very simple and easy dinner? If they haven’t pulled an excuse like ‘I’m washing my hair that evening’ or ‘that’s the night I normally play poker.dk with my friends’ then you know that they’re interested in you too. All girls love a man who can cook and show his creative side, so why not impress her with an oriental Thai green curry? Ultimately, you are making a curry, but you are making it much more fancy and exotic, so it is sure to go down a treat. Here’s what you do.
2 chicken breasts
A can of coconut milk
1 sweet potato
1 red pepper
Green Thai curry paste
Rice to serve
1. Begin by boiling the sweet potato until it is half done. Then drain and leave to one side. In the mean time, fry the chicken until the juices have sealed, then add in one chopped pepper.
2. Add in one teaspoon of curry paste and mix it in well so that all the ingredients are evenly coated. Then pour half a can of coconut milk into the pan and stir. Leave it to simmer for 10 minutes before adding the sweet potato in. Leave to simmer for another 10 minutes or until the potato and the chicken are cooked through.
3. Serve with rice and salad.
